Our story
Who We Are
It all started with a dream, of creating beautiful memories for our family under the Italian sun.
But rather than renting and making someone else’s investment dream come true, why not purchase a plot of land and develop our dream house? We could improve our lifestyle and develop our asset portfolio too.
Soon, we were moving into our dream vacation home, which we grew over time, creating a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, and three adjoining villas. Vineyards and olive trees ripening in the sun, all we needed now were our friends to visit to delight in this corner of paradise with us. So we cultivated a community of pioneers in the region, starting with helping a friend purchase her first property in nearby Sava—La Cava, an old quarry with a house we’ve helped her refurbish.
We realised that with our local and linguistic knowledge, and expansive network of experts, we could help others realise their dream too. Puglia Investments was born.
